In the attic, three narrow rectangular openings provide light and ventilation. Access to the first floor from the rear garden is via an exterior staircase.

Among the most notable decorative elements of Casa Sant Pol are the sgraffito on the façades and the ornamental use of wood, giving the house its unique character. The house was designed by architect Josep Goday in 1910, alongside the Domènech-Girbau house, during a transitional period between Modernism and Noucentisme, influenced by the “white stage” of his mentor Josep Puig i Cadafalch.
