Comprehensive Renovation of House and Garden in S’Agaró Vell

In 2017, Masó Constructora carried out this comprehensive renovation of a house and garden in S’Agaró Vell, originally built in 1980.

The work involved redistributing the spaces, recovering the basement floor where an old wine cellar was located, and updating the electrical installations, windows, and woodwork.

Regarding the garden and outdoor areas, the pool was refurbished in its original location, and a wooden deck was added around it.

Terraces were also expanded, and the vegetation on the property was replaced.

The entire renovation focused on making the most of both indoor and outdoor spaces, tailored to the owners’ requirements.

The project was led by Timothy Luhukay, the owners’ trusted architect and interior designer, heading the Dutch architecture firm Studio Ocean.
